We open roles around the people we meet at least as often as the other way round. If you are exceptional at what you do and this is the kind of company you want to be in, the absence of an advert is not the point. Write to us.
The work
What you would actually be walking into
High tempo
Decisions get made in days rather than quarters, and the distance between deciding something and shipping it is short. There is no committee between your work and the people who use it.
High stakes
Leaders make real budget decisions on what we produce. A number that is roughly right is worse than no number at all, because it will be believed. Most of the interesting work is in making a judgement reproducible rather than in making it fast.
Something real
This is a product that enterprises pay for, not a demonstration. What you build is used, argued with and relied on, and you will hear about it either way.
In and with AI
AI is in the product and in how we work every day. We look for people who are fluent with it and sceptical about it in equal measure, because both are needed to build something anyone should trust.
Who we look for
High autonomy is the one constant
We have a particular soft spot for people who have built something of their own: a product, a company, a tool other people ended up using. We also want excellent operators, the people who make an organisation actually work, and plenty of others in between.
What runs through all of them is autonomy. We look for people who decide what matters, set their own direction and finish things without being managed into it.
We would far rather see what you have done than where you studied.
